Welcome to Teacher Heng Enterprise. By accessing or using our website (www.teacherheng.com) and purchasing our products, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. This is last modified on 1 October 2026.

Our products are digital items delivered via secure download links. To access your purchases, please register an account, log in, and download your items directly from the “Orders” tab in your account dashboard.

Our store’s base currency is Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). For customer convenience, prices may be displayed in other currencies using FOX – Currency Switcher Professional for WooCommerce (v.2.4.5). A transparent 0.2% adjustment is applied to each conversion to account for exchange rate fluctuations and ensure consistent pricing. Final checkout and payment will be processed in your selected currency.

2. Use of Our Website

  • You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes.

  • You must not attempt to disrupt, hack, or misuse our systems.

  • Shield Security PRO actively protects our site against malicious activity.

3. Products & Services

  • We provide digital educational resources (e.g., coloring books, flashcards, activity books).

  • All products are delivered electronically via secure download links.

  • Prices are clearly displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

4. Digital Downloads

  • Downloads are for personal, non‑commercial use only.

  • Sharing, reselling, or redistributing our products without permission is prohibited.

  • Products purchased are available for unlimited downloads and remain accessible without expiration.

  • Once purchased, products are available in your account under the “Orders” tab.

  • Please ensure you have registered and logged in to access your downloads.

5. Payments

  • Payments are processed securely through HitPay and Stripe, which are PCI‑DSS compliant payment providers.

  • We do not store your payment details on our servers.

  • All transactions are encrypted via SSL.

6. Refunds & Returns

  • Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

  • Refunds are only provided in cases of technical error.

  • If you experience issues accessing your files, please contact us for support.

7. Third-Party Affiliate Links

Our site may include affiliate links to trusted platforms such as Hostinger, Shield Security PRO, and HitPay.

  • We may earn a commission if you make a purchase through these links at no extra cost to you.

  • We only recommend tools we personally use and trust.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our materials without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our website or products.

  • While we take reasonable measures to secure our site, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free access.

10. Affiliate Program & Commission Payouts

  • Qualification and Tracking: Affiliates earn commissions on valid, completed sales tracked exclusively via the Coupon Affiliates system on teacherheng.com.

  • We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our website or products.

  • Minimum Payout Thresholds: To request a payout, affiliates must reach the following minimum accrued commission balances:
    • Malaysian Affiliates (MYR): Minimum balance of MYR 50 required.
    • International Affiliates: Minimum balance of MYR 100 (or local currency equivalent) required.
  • Payout Processing & Fees: Payouts are not automated and are processed manually on a rolling basis.
    • Local Transfers: Processed manually via Maybank / DuitNow.
    • International Transfers: Processed manually via Wise or PayPal.
    • Transaction Fees: Any cross-border transfer fees, fixed provider transaction fees, or currency conversion costs applied by Wise or PayPal will be borne entirely by the recipient (the affiliate) and will be automatically deducted from the final payout amount. Teacher Heng Enterprise is not responsible for any fees levied by third-party financial institutions.

11. Flipbook Studio & Credit System

  • Client-Side Processing & Privacy: Flipbook Studio processes all uploaded PDF documents directly within your web browser (client-side processing). Teacher Heng Enterprise does not store, view, or retain copies of your uploaded PDFs on our servers. You retain full ownership and responsibility for the content you upload.

  • Free Quotas & Welcome Credits: Upon successful account registration, new users are entitled to a one-time welcome package consisting of:
    • 5 Free Flipbook Video Quotas
    • 100 Free Credits
  • Credit Expiration & Modification: Free welcome quotas and promotional credits are non-transferable and hold no cash value. We reserve the right to modify, adjust, or expire free promotional quotas at our discretion with prior notice.
  • Commercial Use & Premium Features: Paid or earned credits can be spent backend to unlock extra Flipbook Video Quotas, remove the default watermark, or upload custom branding/logos into the final flipbook video asset.

12. Video Generation & Regeneration Window

Once a PDF is successfully uploaded into the browser, you may rerun the flipbook video generation engine unlimited times to tweak and achieve your desired output video asset, provided you do not exit the session or upload a new PDF file. Uploading a completely new PDF document or starting a new session resets the engine and will require the standard credit or quota consumption for deployment.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will become effective immediately upon being posted on this page with the updated revision date.
